ON PAR WITH SOME HI-FI PRE-AMP WORTH 4000.00 CANADIAN AND BETTER THAN MOST

I bought the X7 months ago along with a Xiansheng DAC and they sound fantastic together playing through my open baffle speakers. It's way more power than I need for my ~98db sensitive speakers but the bass is strong and fast, mid-range is very full and textured, and highs are more than sufficient (I get very mild roll-off above 15k due to my coax full-range drivers) - not crunchy, brittle or overly bright. I had an issue with the remote-control PCB which caused the amp to randomly mute or change volume. I emailed Mr. Lee and he sent out a replacement board right away which I installed myself (2 screws and some clip-in cable connections). Flawless again! Fantastic service. Also, while I had it open I saw the very high quality engineering inside. This is a well built, quality product equal to just about any mainstream brand. I'm very happy with this purchase and with China-hifi-Audio.

Well, what to say...I got the amp. very fast, everything is working well. I bought two pair of loudspeakers. One pair are the Numan 1987 retrospective MkII wit 4 ohm and 85db sensitivity and the second pair are the Dali Oberon 5 with 6 ohms and 88db sens. The A10 plays the Numan easier and it sounds louder than with the Dali. I changed the output from 4 to 8 ohm and the Dali sounds now much better than on 4 ohms. But in the end the Numan will win...... I would buy again, but its not a bead idea to spend more money and order a more powerful tube amp.

Shipping was about 2 weeks to Canada. UPS delivered to the garage, driver said it was too heavy to bring into the house. Lucky i own a dolly as the box is big and heavy. Unpacking, the product was very well packaged and protected. One problem is the unit is so heavy you need two people to lift out of the box. Although the box was banged up the unit arrived in perfect condition. Nice looking unit especially with the blue VU meters illuminated. I am letting the stock tubes burn in. The 845 tubes are impressive looking giving off a lot of heat. Remote basic but a solid, made of aluminium not plastic. Sound: It seems to becoming a little softer day by day, great separation. Listening only to vinyl (note there is no built in phono preamp). A little too much bottom end bass but it may be the placement of my speakers (Klipsch Forte III). With efficient speakers the 800i has plenty of power (can't go beyond 15% on the volume). Have ordered some tubes so will try upgraded 845 to start. So far very pleased. One minor criticism, the mode select is a small rotary knob listed "A", "B" "C" & "D". I can never remember if phono is "A" or "B"....

Что может быть лучше чем получить r8 посылкой к новому году. Оплата переводом через банк. Конечно волнение за оплату, но усилок блогодоря сдэку у меня дома. Не боитесь переводов ( на тот момент были проблемы с пай пал). Доплат больше не было. R8 хорош, абсолютно тихий- только музыка поет. Спасибо магазину, всегда был на связи. Всем всего наилучшего.

First of all thank you China HiFi and Yong Lee for the speedy response to my emails. This amplifier is fantastically good just out of the box. Had always wanted a 300b SET amplifier to try out after constant recommendation to me from my audiophile friends but could not afford one due to the cost until I chance upon the review of this amplifier on YouTube that made me plunge into it. Having heard from friends 300b, this amplifier is a run for the money. Sound is clear and transparent with pretty good holographic vocal presentation. Notes from strings and piano decay really well and there is really good lower frequency response, not too light nor too heavy, just the right amount. Cannot wait to let it run in further with perhaps even better sound. Do not ever be put off by the small output wattage. With good design and parts pairing up for the amplifier it can give you an exceptional performance. This is my first tube amplifier and its quite remarkable for just over £600. I have a Musical Fidelity M5si solid-state amp that retails for £1800 in the UK and the Willsenton is easily its equal, if not its better. So long solid-state, this bargain amplifier has converted me to tube amps. Music performance just feels more involving to listen to, more atmospheric and energetic. Delighted with the purchase. This amplifier is quite the modern day classic. If you are on the fence about purchasing this amplifer, believe the hype online. Reviewers love this amplifer, customers love this amplifier. For the money, its a steal. I listened to a Prima Luna Evo 300 that retails for nearly £4k. That amplifier offers the same performance as this Willsenton for a fraction of the cost. Quality sounding products, for basement prices, WOW! Thank you China-Hifi!!!

I was quite astonished today when I received my order of SHUGUANG TREASURE KT-88-Z matched quad. I will not be able to review them here at the moment but I wanted to comment on the delivery. First of all, the tubes arrived way ahead of what was expected. For that I must commend, CHINA HI-FI AUDIO. Honestly I was a bit concerned about the order due to the fact that about 5 days after placing the order, I noticed that this tube was marked as being "NOT AVAILABLE". I tried a few times to communicate with the supplier, but had not yet received a reply or tracking info. This is the only reason I did not give a 5 star rating. I strongly suggest that the supplier improve their communication, to avoid any bad impressions. Otherwise I am hoping the tubes sound as good as I would expect from SHUGUANG,
